Are you responsible for a grant that requires a pre and post assessment along with monitoring of specific demographics? Most districts and schools take the free LoTi Digital Age Survey and obtain results as part of the survey's free nationwide availability. Free access, however, comes with limitations for groups wanting more advanced or specific data. LoTi can create a customized questionnaire for your group to collect grant-specific data alongside LoTi data.

As part of a custom questionnaire, you can:
  • select up to 22 demographic questions from our demographic question list for your participants
  • add up to 10 demographic questions of your choosing for your participants
  • obtain individual results for each participant
  • print aggregate results and reports online in LoTi Profiler
  • analyze raw data (with each answer to each question for each participant) available in three different formats
