The Engaging Students online course explores strategies for engaging students and promoting their active role in the classroom learning experience. The culminating activity for this course has participants collaborate on creating a lesson plan that uses active learning techniques. Themes in this course include:

The timeline for any online course available in the LoTi Classroom can be adjusted according to the needs at your school/district. All courses in the LoTi Classroom are asynchronous; they do not require all participants to be logged into the course at the same time. The intent of the LoTi Classroom is to provide convenient, cost-efficient, high-quality professional development services for participants on their own time schedule.
