LCT III: LoTi 4+ Implementation Strategies

The LoTi Classroom Teacher III: LoTi Level 4+ Implementation Strategies online course integrates the ideas from LCT I and II, and encourages participants to transform their classrooms to a LoTi Level 4 (Integration) and above based on the LoTi Framework. For each theme identified, participants will engage in activities designed to help them get focused, clarify understanding, explore pertinent resources/strategies, and connect to students. The culminating activity for this content series course is the creation and implementation of an EBAM (Experiential-Based Action Model) unit in the classroom. Themes in this content series include:

• Collaborative Learning Environments
• Essential vs. Engaging Questions & Focus Strategies
• EBAM Instructional Units
• Implementation, Critique, and Reflection of EBAM Unit
• Culminating Activity: Portfolio Submission

The timeline for any online course available in the LoTi Classroom can be adjusted according to the needs at your school/district. All courses in the LoTi Classroom are asynchronous; they do not require all participants to be logged into the course at the same time. The intent of the LoTi Classroom is to provide convenient, cost-efficient, high-quality professional development services for participants on their own time schedule.
