Anchoring Learning with Digital Tools
Students have never engaged in learning experiences faster or more deeply than they do when using digital tools. Today's digital resources offer a plethora of options for creating engaging collaborative learning environments that support critical thinking and problem-solving. Give teachers a full toolbox of simple strategies for using digital resources to extend personalized learning beyond the walls of the classroom.
At this workshop
Digital tools inspire student collaboration and problem-solving in the classroom. At this institute, participants will examine the characteristics of digital learning environments, explore strategies for anchoring student learning with digital resources, and evaluate resources that extend learning beyond the classroom.
Participants will leave with a toolbox of strategies for anchoring student learning through digital resources, non-linguistic representations, graphic organizers, thinking maps, and more.
