About the event
Join us for a free 2-hour online symposium on the Evidence-First™ approach to teacher evaluation developed by LoTi Connection. Learn how the use of strategic evidence markers aligned with an NJDOE-approved evaluation instrument can elevate professional practice, streamline the evaluation process, and provide specific and targeted evidence to better support the coaching and feedback cycle with new and tenured teachers. Members of the development team will introduce the NJ LoTi Teacher Evaluation instrument and Evidence-First™ scoring tool, offer insight as to why it was developed, and explain how it has impacted the quality of New Jersey school district teacher evaluations during the 2024-25 school year.
